Microsoft Office Related

Microsoft Office (including MS Word) came pre-installed on my Dell laptop and was working properly before. Recently, I reset my PC, and after the reset the Office applications are no longer activated and are asking me to purchase a subscription. I contacted Microsoft support, and they informed me that since the Office license was an OEM license that came with the device, I need to contact Dell support to help reactivate it on my laptop. I would appreciate your assistance in restoring or reactivating the pre-installed Office license on my device. Thank you.
