Click here and here for troubleshooting and resolving the laptop issues.
To receive assistance from Dell chat support, they need to verify the warranty status and ownership. Then you must troubleshoot with them. Click the "Get Help Now" icon on the right to start a live chat session. If already out of warranty, click here for the Dell out of warranty offering.

Hi there,
If your laptop screen isn’t showing anything, here are a few things you can try:
Check the display brightness – It might be turned down completely.
External Monitor Test – Connect your laptop to an external monitor or TV using HDMI or VGA. If it displays there, it’s likely a screen or backlight issue.
Power Reset – Turn off the laptop, disconnect the charger, and remove the battery (if possible). Hold the power button for 30 seconds, then reconnect and power it on.
Boot into BIOS – Restart the laptop and press F2 repeatedly. If the BIOS screen shows up, then it's probably a software or driver issue.
Keyboard Shortcut – Try pressing
Fn + F8
(orFn + Display toggle key
) to switch displays. If none of this works, it could be a hardware problem, and contacting Dell Support might be the best next step.
Hope this helps!

Please can you confirm the Make Model and OS, along with any configuration details like touch screen, backlit keyboard, SFF or tower etc etc.
