Laptop not showing light on while charging and Not turning on

I usually using my i have noted an indication that the charging is less than 30% then i plugged in but light indicator doesn't not work i checked for loose connection but all the adapter was connected good and after sometime it was shutdown when I try to charge it will not indicate any light but on adapter it shows light
