Laptop No Display, Occasionally Beeps
Hello,
I have a Dell 15 Inspiron 7548 series. I didnt use it for a while and now it is having issues.
When I turn the laptop on, the power light is on, but there is no display. Occasionally there are beeps (I have reseated the RAM). The fan also turns on.
There is no display output either to my monitor with an HDMI cable.
What could be wrong?

Unplug the system and remove the base cover. Disconnect the main battery from the system board and hold the power button for 30 sec.
Reassemble and test again - if the system still won't POST, it likely needs a mainboard, which is unlikely to be cost-effective on a system this old.

Well you can try the following:
Try to do Hard Reset
Test External Display
Check Caps Lock / Num Lock Light
Listen for Fan / HDD / SSD Activity
