Laptop is not charging
My laptop dell inspiron 14 is not chrarging falsh symbol is showing in laptop but its not charging. Using laptop while plugedin charging is not getting decreased and increased. Using laptop without plugedin charging is decreasing.

Does the system recognize the AC adapter and the battery? F2 at powerup to check in Setup.
