I think you need item 17. Power-adapter port replacing, and as I don't know where your nearest repairer is, or the age of the device, I cannot really help.

Me? I don't work for DELL, and never have done, for which they must be truly grateful.
So I do not know of any repair outlets or technical people in your region (where ever that is) or any other region.
So you must search yourself.
I am not likely to be of anymore help, however if you still want very limited help please ask.
