Internet connection issue after BIOS upgrade
After the BIOS upgrade this week I cannot access the Internet. When I look for the WLAN card I get the message that it does not exist. I have tried all the recommended remedies but none work.

If that doesn't include a reset (disconnect the main battery from the system board with the system unplugged, and hold the power button for 30 sec), that's next.
Anything more specific requires that you supply at least the system model number (Inspiron 3593, etc.).

manual here has the details on how to access the battery connector

While the cover is off, make sure the card is firmly in its socket.

Hi
I suggest the "getmac" command to list whatever it can.
