Inspiron hinge clocked too tight
For what it’s worth, I’ve read a few places that the hinges are just clocked too tight. I don’t know how to fix that issue, but I’m betting a place like iFixit would be capable of getting to that screw if you don’t feel comfortable with the process and are out of warranty.
