Inspiron 7391 2-in-1, screen flicker
I bought a Inspiron 7391 2-in-1 in July, and I have strange problems with the display since the beginning:
- The screen flickers randomly (i.e. black frame then back to normal), especially when using the GPU and when running in full-performance on AC. It happens less frequently when I scale down the display from 4k to 1080p. Here's a video I captured with my phone on the Windows desktop: https://imgur.com/at8enZu
- When large colored boxes are displayed on the screen, I can see some random lines flickering within the box (this also happens when in the UEFI configuration at boot, so it's definitively not OS related). On a test pattern web page it primarily concerns red, blue and magenta colors: https://imgur.com/WDqauCG (check it in full-screen). Also in the system boot configuration for example: https://imgur.com/8V5VmuO
All my drivers are up-to-date using the dell update manager, I already tried to disable screen-related tweaks in the energy management configuration panel in Windows 10, as well as Intel display tweaks...
Is this a known problem, and is there something I can do on my own to fix this before asking for a warranty return ? I had to delay any return of the laptop since I relied on it for remote work due to Covid-19 situation in my country, but I definitely can't use it as-is anymore.

For the record my problems were apparently due to a faulty LCD screen. The screen has been replaced by Dell repair center and my display is working fine now.
