Inspiron 5594, second owner, defective motherboard, 9 keys not working

i too got same issue but the laptop. i brought is second handed the seller said only B N space bar is not working in a hurry i didn't check and bought the product. I thought of replacing the keys or key board for some bucks but i come to know B N space bar <>^ \ 2 total 9 keys are not working. then i google about it and seen this post and come to know she (seller) cheated me. so please give me solution for this problem can we replace the keys or we should replace whole motherboard and how much for motherboard?
