Inspiron 5570 cd hdd caddy ssd not boot
is it possible somehow boot from cd place
thru ssd hdd caddy?
right bios setting etc.
anyway support it or not?

If you mean boot from a hard drive mounted in the CD/DVD slot, no - it's not possible.
