Inspiron 5515 - working with closed lid
On the Inspiron 5515, the main exhaust vent sits along the hinge area, blowing air out toward that gap between the base and the screen, and I'd want to know how safe is to work with the closed lid, considering I use the laptop for browsing, emails, Word and Excel...
Is there any risk to damage the screen?

You should be ok to work with the lid closed.
