Inspiron 5515 will not Post after attempted BIOS update. I need to reflash the BIOS.

Inspiron 5515 will not Post after attempted BIOS update. I need to reflash the BIOS. The screen went blank and I did not I did not receive the usual warning message regarding the BIOS update. The computer failed to restart. After waiting about 15 minutes I attempted to restart and the fan and keyboard backlighting came on. If i press a key there is a loud, repetitive beep. I can not enter the BIOS. I have attempted to restore the BIOS using the Escape-Control technique and disconnecting the CMOS battery. With either technique the power light flashes 3 white followed by 3 amber indicating the BIOS recovery image can not be located.. I also attempted recovery with a USB drive after downloading the BIOS. I understand with the Inspiron 5515 I need to ask Dell Software Support to send me a BIOS Recovery File. I contacted Support and there was a language barrier. The tech recommended I send the laptop to hardweare support for repair. I believe I deleted the initial sortware and installed a fresh Windows 11 installation soon after I received the laptop in 2021.

I tried "Get Help Now" and I was disconnected due to inactivity.

When you download the flash update, make sure you use the "other formats" option and download the .rcv file.  It must also be the ONLY file on the flash drive.  You do not want the updater file.

With that connected, follow the procedure detailed below to start the recovery.

Thanks, but I do not see the "other formats option".

I found the "other formats". After attempting BIOS Recovery the diagnostic lights still flash

3,3 Recovery image not found
. Also I have to disconect the battery to turn the laptop off.

About all you can do at this point is have a shop capable of doing so rewrite the chip with an EEPROM flash.  Given that the boards for this model are all over Ebay for under $100, that will cost more than simply replacing the mainboard.
