Inspiron 5482 2-in-1 active pen support (5122W)
Hey,
I've been searching for the support pages for 2 days now. I have an Inspiron 5482 notebook with a sticker saying active pen support on the palm rest. I've bought a Dell PN5122W active pen but I just can't get it working.
In the Peripheral Manager, I get no option for pen. I've updated my BIOS, all my drivers, still won't work.
I'm running w11, could that be the issue?
Thank you!

That isn't the recommended pen for that system. This is
https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-us/000125180/dell-active-pen-pn350m-support-center
The pen and compatibility with the peripheral manager are two different issues -- not all systems support the peripheral manager (and this is an older notebook).

If the system has the active pen compatible sticker, it should work, yes.
