Inspiron 5430, NVMe not recognized. The Dell NVMe drivers (model kbg50znv1t02) are useless.
I bought an Inspiron 5430 laptop, Core i7-1360P, 13th generation, 16GB RAM. It came with Windows 11 Home in English. I updated all the laptop drivers from the Dell website with the service number. The downloaded NVMe drivers are not recognized. I get this message (the firmware cannot be installed as it is not compatible with your SSD). I downloaded about four different drivers for this SSD model kbg50znv1t02, and I get the same message. There are no drivers available for download on the SSD manufacturer's website.
I want to install Windows 11 in Spanish, and it doesn't recognize the SSD. There is no option in the BIOS to choose AHCI or RAID; it only has the M.2 PCIe SSD option. When installing Win 11, the disk to select where to install Win 11 doesn't appear. Dell or Win 11 doesn't allow installation from a bootable USB drive. It doesn't support configuration or installation to disks through a USB or IEEE 1394 port.
Using the DISKPART and DISK LIST commands, the disks or partitions don't appear.
Does anyone know where I can find the driver for the NMVe model kbg50znv1t02 bg5, a KIOXIA Corporation brand?
Does anyone know how I can solve the problem installing Win 11 from a bootable USB drive?
Thanks for help

If the system is in its as-shipped configuration, the drive is running in Intel RAID (IRST) mode. You will need to pause the installation and install the IRST driver before the installer will see the drive.

@ejn63 The first thing I did on the laptop was update all the drivers, especially the IRST. It also doesn't recognize the NMVe. This is the BIOS configuration in the Storage section, which indicates M.2 PCIe SSD. On the Dell website with the label number, download all the drivers and install them. Look for other NMVE drivers and install them, but it indicates that they are not compatible with the SSD. Do you have any other suggestions for installing Windows 11?
Elsewhere in the BIOS UPDATE section, there is other information. It seems that IRST isn't needed, according to the BIOS.

I tried installing Win 11 again.
Diskpart doesn't indicate disks

It looks like you already have a 30G Windows 11 partition on the drive, and that it is seen by setup -- it's not clear where the issue is, or what, exactly you're trying to do.
The IRST driver absolutely is needed by the install media -- your system is new enough that IRST is permanently enabled (like many newer systems, there is no AHCI/RAID OFF setting).

@ejn63 I want to install Winn 11 in Spanish on the NMVe that the laptop has. The 30 GB are from the bootable flash memory that is connected with which I have tried to install Win 11. The flash memory is 65 GB as shown in the DISKPART

Are you pausing the installation with F6 when indicated, and pointing the installer toward the directory on the flash drive where the IRST install driver is located?

@ejn63 First press F12 to boot from USB
<Private data removed from public view. DELL-Admin>
second and third, I choose the language and the keyboard
Fourth and fifth, I choose to install Win11 and accept the license terms.
Sixth, the disk and USB where the drivers are located are displayed.
Seventh, I installed the INTEL RST VMD CONTROLLER 9A0B driver. It indicates an error when installing drivers.
Eighth, I installed the INTEL RST VMD MANAGED CONTROLLER 9A0B driver. It indicates an error when installing drivers.
It does not recognize or install the drivers. The disks do not appear to install Win 11 and the message Dell or Win 11 does not allow installation from a bootable USB drive appears. It doesn't support configuration or installation to disks through a USB or IEEE 1394 port.
I quit the Windows 11 installation. I don't know what else to do.
