Inspiron 5400 2-in-1, piece of junk, cheap for the money spent
Bought an Inspiron 5400 2-in-1 about 4 years ago brand new. The 9, O period key and the ones going down that line stopped working a few months ago working only once in awhile right as the warranty coincidentally expired. I’ve never had this experience with a laptop. They typically last me many years, not this one. I’ve tried to contact customer service and it’s impossible. Took it somewhere said it would cost over $300 to replace the keyboard, cleaned the dust under it and still same. issue. Ridiculous honestly should just buy a new laptop at that point. I’ve treated the laptop nicely and because I tried cleaning under the keys a bit more and the O key is now off, not too worried because it was useless anyway. Thanks Dell for the cheap keyboard and laptop.
