Inspiron 5310, BIOS 2.40, DELL logo appears and then freezes
Доброго ранку. На моєму ноутбуці була версія BIOS 2.37, часті перезавантаження Windows та помилка 2000-0122 у діагностиці пам'яті. Сьогодні я вирішив оновити BIOS до версії 2.40. Весь процес пройшов гладко. Після перезавантаження з'являється логотип DELL, а потім зависає. Клавіші "F1", "F2", "F11" та "F12" не реагують. Працювала лише клавіша D (тест екрана). Чи хтось ще стикався з цією проблемою та вирішив її?
Good morning. My laptop had BIOS version 2.37, frequent Windows reboots and error 2000-0122 in memory diagnostics. Today I decided to update the BIOS to version 2.40. The whole process went smoothly. After rebooting, the DELL logo appears and then freezes. The "F1", "F2", "F11" and "F12" keys are not responding. Only the D key (screen test) worked. Has anyone else encountered this problem and solved it?

* Перейдіть СЮДИ. Вставте приватний номер сервісного мітка Inspiron 5310 у порожнє поле. Який поточний стан гарантії?
* Вимкніть Inspiron 5310
* Від’єднайте всі периферійні пристрої від Inspiron 5310
* Від’єднайте адаптер живлення змінного струму від Inspiron 5310
* Зніміть задню кришку (сторінка 13)
* Від’єднайте кабель акумулятора від роз’єму материнської плати (сторінка 24)
* Натисніть і утримуйте кнопку живлення протягом 8 секунд
* Знову під’єднайте кабель акумулятора до роз’єму материнської плати
* Встановіть задню кришку
* Знову під’єднайте адаптер живлення змінного струму до Inspiron 5310
* Створіть та опублікуйте відео про спробу ввімкнути Inspiron 5310, показуючи екран
* Go HERE. Insert the private Inspiron 5310 Service Tag number in the blank. What is the current warranty status?
* Turn the Inspiron 5310 off
* Disconnect every peripheral device from the Inspiron 5310
* Disconnect the AC power adapter from the Inspiron 5310
* Remove the back cover (page 13)
* Disconnect the battery cable from the motherboard connector (page 24)
* Press and hold in the power button for 8 seconds
* Reconnect the battery cable to the motherboard connector
* Replace the back cover
* Reconnect the AC power adapter to the Inspiron 5310
* Create and post a video of trying to power the Inspiron 5310 on showing the screen

Відео не завантажується. Великий обʼєм. Але нічого не змінилось. Індикатор зарядки два рази засвітився білим і зʼявився логотип
Video won't load. Large volume. But nothing changed. Charging indicator blinked white twice and logo appeared.

What is the current warranty status? Upload the video to a 3rd party site. Then link to it.
