Hi
Initially at 5 years old, it could have a CMOS coin cell battery that has failed.
Hopefully more help later.
They only cost a coupla quid and is an easy Lo-Cost / No-cost starting point.

Please can you confirm the Make Model and OS, along with any configuration details like touch screen, backlit keyboard, SFF or tower etc etc.
I note you have posted in the desktop section and I have offered a solution to a laptop.
The problem from Day 1 was what problem?
Please just give lots more information.

@Kanata Katagiri
Well with little to no information to work on...
Replace the CMOS coin cell battery, and reset any BIOS settings, or reset to defaults.
If in doubt please ask.
