@ejn63​ not my fault chosen DELL than HP, HP still have technical support but i'm not because weak after sale service, i plan to start boycott DELL machines around world.

@AHMED 42​ Be thankful that Dell still has drivers and manuals up for most of their vintage systems. HP takes everything down once a system has reached 10 years from the date that it was introduced, a big problem for vintage computing and restoration.

As for drivers themselves, they are typically updated for 3-5 years from the date that the particular device was released, that is, if any updates are made available. Some drivers, like Realtek's audio controllers or NVIDIA's GPUs, maybe updated beyond that, but because such drivers support multiple models and ICs, there's no guarantee that the latest driver for a 10+ year old device will address any problems or officially support the latest version of Windows.

@Kflash08​ thank you Kflash08 for answering me my laptop MULTI display adapter's is AMD radeon HD 8600M series 2GB Memory plus intel GPU but possessor cach is so weak 1.6GH, my problem is i can't find upgrade of my GPU some games crash and ask me to update my driver to latest Version VER31 and all i found on AMD officer site is 29 also latest version of sound drive High Definition on dell site is 32 bit only can't find 64bit, if i buy program i will find all i need but we need to handle drivers packs and make it available totally free, increase after sale services that's all

Well you can try a good driver updater tool like advanced driver updater to update your driver.

i tried all this things and west alot of time and money it doesn't work, also i send a lot of feedback to AMD official website, my problem not i can't find drivers but i can't upgrade to latest Version because some games ask for drivers version necessary to run, i don't care to AMD and what they said it's old and we stop guarantee but i pay this AMD card as laptop from dell company not from AMD company and i need to use my service AFTER SALE, if someone can help me or i will leave and never ever buy this product again .

@AHMED 42​ To add to GauravSyst's post, you can try using Snappy Driver, but don't expect it to install a fairly recent driver.

Regardless what computer brand you go with in the future, they are all basically designed to be supported for about 5 years. After that, driver updates start becoming non-existent. Being a laptop, you are limited when it comes to hardware upgrades and expansion. If you were using a desktop, installing a modern graphics card would not only provide newer drivers, but better performance and game support as well, however with limitations depending on age. Even if a graphics driver was released today for your laptop, there's no guarantee that modern games would run any better or at all. At 12 years, the hardware is not up to par with modern and demanding software.

i downloaded advanced driver updater and use it but i got conflict between AMD drive and sound drive and intel gpu also after i use snappy my free space of drive C: reduced 25 GB in 24 hours by itself now i have to compress this drive or change windows, i don't have time for this but because i choose DELL product .

in folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft size 5GB and have a lot of Microsoft edge files, i never use edge i use comodo dragon and don't know how to completely remove it or deactivate it. anyone know how or i spend my whole life send feedbacks about my privacy and security 

i got crash AMD blue screen and my laptop lagging and mouse slowly after i used Driver Verifier i don't know if this normal or what?
