Inspiron 3515 (LCD Display Issue){2 Amber 7 white}

Hi everyone, I am a CyberSecurity Student and also a Gamer 
My laptop i did some ram  upgrades and storage upgrades but before upgrading also it was giving a problem but still now its getting problem still now 
My problem is that my laptop when i restart it once its displays goes of but intermitently at some times after restart the display does not went of and also for this LCD display issue some times the display goes off one one time but some times it does not goes of so for this i have seen updating the software but no use and also i have seen display connecter cable but also no issue there i just researched about this issue that many dell laptop users have this the main thing is that :-

If you are getting the same problem with any laptop of dell then just go to a service Centre or a local shop near to you say them to unplug the display cable and then wait and clean the cable up then again plug it in your issue of your laptop will be fixed 
If this thing dosen't work out then change your display cable it will fix the issue
