Inspiron 3511, broken hinge, cracked display, no warranty

I am writing this with deep frustration and sadness. I purchased the Dell Inspiron 3511 (i5 11th Gen) for my studies, but it has become a huge burden. The hinge broke, causing the display to crack. I paid ₹8,000 for repairs, but the problem remains. The mouse pointer often freezes, and the touchpad is completely unusable. I have to rely on an external mouse just to use the laptop. Despite spending so much money, my laptop barely works properly, and it’s affecting my studies badly. My grades are suffering because of this, and I feel helpless. I have cried genuinely out of frustration and sadness. I have no warranty or insurance, so I’m left alone with a broken device that’s destroying my future. I took a loan to buy this laptop, and now my dreams feel broken. Dell should understand how serious this is for a student. I urge Dell to take immediate action, either replace the laptop or provide a real, lasting solution. This is not just a technical problem; it’s a student’s life being ruined.
