Inspiron 2-in-1, 1TB is gone! do you believe that?
hallo , I have the same problem and its not cause of me!!! 1TB storage is gone ?of course not.
Have you find a support from microsoft or dell because they have our accounts, or any solution?

Please can you confirm the Make Model and OS, along with any configuration details like touch screen, backlit keyboard, SFF or tower etc etc.

First thing to try is going into setup (F2 a few times at powerup). Does the SSD show in the storage list?

I have info for storage interface, but not info for 1TB,or something about,MB,GB, and the smart reporting is Off

Unplug the system, remove the base cover and disconnect the main battery from the system board. Hold the power button for 30 sec. Remove and reinstall the drive. Reassemble and check in setup again. If the drive still does not show up, it has failed and will need to be replaced.
If it does show up, the system should boot normally after the reset.
