Inspiron 16 5640, Crucial memory upgrade fail

Recently bought this with 8GB memory. I decided to upgrade memory to 32GB. I checked with Dell support and verified my new device could accept 32GB memory. I watched the website help video for upgrading procedure. Bought new Crucial DDR5-5600 SODIMM 32GB kit (2 x 16GB). 

After the upgrade the laptop will not POST/Boot. Put the old memory 8GB back in and laptop runs fine.

Sooo...any ideas? Is there a BIOS setting that must be changed? How do I get there if the device won't POST/Boot?
