Inspiron 16 5640, Bluetooth doesn't work, speakers are messed up

Bluetooth doesn't work. Speakers are messed up. Now it says there's no printer driver, when I just printed a couple days ago. Every time it updates it gets more and more messed up. Paid $1700 for a laptop I cant even use. Got nowhere with technical support, everything they tried made matters worse until i just hung up bc they would not let me speak to a supervisor. I want them to take the laptop back and either repair it or replace it.

<Moving to the correct Inspiron Laptops board. Profanity is not allowed. Purchased 8 months/7 days ago on October 15, 2024 so a refund is not possible. You will need to troubleshoot with GHN (Get Help Now) support agents. DELL-Admin>

If the system is less than 30 days old, call and ask for a refund.

If it's older than that, a warranty repair is the only option, and then only if a hardware issue is demonstrated.
