Inspiron 16 5625 overheating
Question: Does anyone else have the problem with this laptop overheating? The fan runs much of the time. Even with any 'apps' exited and the lid closed, the fan will be running and the unit overheating 30+ minutes later. I have a premium support package and after multiple times & many hours of running hardware diagnostics, tweaking it and replacing the fan at my home, they want me to send it in. No thanks - it is needed daily.

Based on what you report unless you send it in, it won't get fixed. I have an Inspiron 16 5630 and no similar problems.
Even if you took it to a local repair shop and paid to have it fixed you will be without it for however long it takes to repair.
