Inspiron 15 - Internet Keeps Getting Blocked for 5 Minutes at a Time

I've had an Inspiron 15 for nine months. Since August, I've noticed that the internet keeps getting shut down, despite the router box in my apartment being perfectly fine. For the most part, it randomly shuts down for about five minutes at a time. It always says I have internet access on the bottom-right corner of my screen, though, which is super weird. I have no idea what could be causing this, but it's disabling me from using most everything on my computer because the programs require the internet. I've checked memory and CPU and stuff like that, everything looks normal.
