Am trying to buy a replacement CPU fan for my Dell Inspiron 15 (5570).  Need help in determining a compatable fan.  The computer was manufactured in 2018 and has an intregal CD/DVD and the graphics system is also integrated.

In searching for a replacement CPU fan I see ads that indicate there is a difference between the Inspiron 15 that was manufactured in 2018 and earlier and the Inspiron 15 that was manufactured in 2019 and later as well as those that have a CD/DVD  and those that do not have a CD/DVD.

Can someone help me sort this out?

Use the service tag at parts-people.com to look up the correct replacement part.

@ejn63​ parts-people.com does not have that part.  That makes me think there really is a difference between fans for models <=2018 and  =>2019.

The fan will have a part number on it - use that to order a replacement.
