The system uses an M.2 card, so you have many options. Note that you must use a hardware-based LAN card -- not one of the newer ones that offloads processing to the CPU (Intel cards mostly ending in a "1").
You CAN use an AX200 card, but not an AX201.
Intel hardware-based cards end with 6G (AX210). Any 7G cards will need to be non-Intel, since Intel never released hardware-based 7G cards -- these require a 10th gen or newer CPU your system does not have.
