Inspiron 15 5000 series will not see an available network
Hi I have a dell inspiron 15 5000 series laptop . I have recently changed my internet provider. All the devices work with the new hub via wi fi with the exception of my dell laptop top. It doesn’t see the new network in the available networks page.
I don’t know what to do to rectify the problem

Does it work with other WiFi Access-Points?
Is the WiFi device showing in Device Manager?
Be sure it's TCP/IP IPv4 is set to Auto so it will just grab an available IP-Address from Router's available DHCP-pool.
Do you have the Dell Inspiron-15 5000 WiFi card locked to a certain radio or protocol? It should be set to "compatible" so it will detect (and hopefully connect) using either 2.4 or 5.0 gigahertz radios over N, G or even B.
