Inspiron 15-3552 - Max Ram ??
Inspiron 15-3552 64bit, One slot 4gb 1rx8 pc3l-12800s-11-13-b3ram.
Read that 8gb is the max for this laptop.
Also read some have used 16gb 1rx8 pc3l-12800s-11-13-b3.
Any issues known running 16gb ??

Unless you can verify the claim and obtain the part number that's verified to work, the system is unlikely to work with more than 8G.
None of the major memory manufacturers sell more RAM that that for this system.

When asked about using 16gb on the laptop on Google, it said some have used 16gb

If you can verify the claim and obtain the model number of the memory installed, go for it. Otherwise, it's trial and error so you'll need to make sure whatever you buy can be returned without a restocking fee.
There are plenty of claims out there and plenty of AI answers that are just plain false.
