Inspiron 15 3511, screen bezel

I purchased my laptop in 2021. It has only been 2 years since I purchased my dell inspiron 3511 laptop. But within  these 2 years my laptop's lcd screen bezel has come out twice. After few months of the purchase the screen's bezel or top panel came out for the first time and since I had warranty I claimed it and got the bezel replaced. Again the bezel has came out and now the dell support asks me to pay for the damage and get the bezel replaced. I don't know what to do. I need proper answer for my problem. Im very disappointed in dell laptop and dell customer service support.

Started your own thread. Removed the pictures that showed your private Service Tag.

The purchased 15 month warranty expired 11 months/21 days ago.

They were correct in stating Dell policy. This is the Dell solution for all out of warranty users. You have to pay for the repairs through the Dell out of warranty service.

I don't know how a newly purchased laptop's bezel will be broken twice within 2 year. This is happening to me again. How do dell expect me to pay for this?? It's their fault for manufacturing a detected laptop which is getting broken by itself. I want a proper answer for my problem.

I didn't get any response from dell support team. It has been 3 days since I contacted the customer care of dell and sent them mail of the problem I had, still there is no response at all. This is the worst customer care I have ever experienced and the product is also not worth the money. The customer care will not respond to your queries and even parts of the laptop u buy will come out and breaks by itself. It's such a disappointing and Irrespectful thing towards dell customers.

I purchased my laptop in 2022. It has only been 2 years since I purchased my dell inspiron 3511 laptop. But within these 2 years my laptop's bezel has come out twice. After few months of the purchase the screen's bezel or top panel came out for the first time and since I had warranty I claimed it and got the bezel replaced that time I told to exchange this product but they told it's a common problem once you change the bezel then NXT time it will not happen but again the bezel has came out and hinges also broken and now the dell support asks me to pay for the damage and get the bezel replaced. I don't know what to do. I need permanent solution for my problem. I can't pay every year for the same laptop I'm very disappointed with dell laptop. Now I feel purchasing Inspiron 3511 was my biggest mistake if you are rich then you can buy dell products middle class people can't afford to pay 6500rs per year for laptop hardware
