Inspiron 15 3511, LCD bezel popped off less than 12 months

The right LCD bezel and hinge bracket of my Dell Inspiron 3511 laptop popped off after 11 months of use. It was repaired under the warranty. Unfortunately, 12 months after replacing the right LCD cover, bezel and hinge bracket, the other side (left side) LCD bezel also popped off. This laptop is 2 years old and out of warranty.

I'm very disappointed that the Dell's bezels don't last more than 12 months. Even though I could not close the lid, I still continued to use it. Unfortunately, the laptop stopped working a few months after the left LCD bezel popped off.

Before I bought the Dell Inspiron 3511 laptop, I had used several laptops, each of which lasted several years and never needed to be sent in for repair.

@DELL-Jesse L

My Dell Insprion 3511 laptop is two and a half years old and is now out of warranty. A few months after the LCD bezel popped off for the second time, the computer stopped working. As I said, Dell's LCD bezel don't last more than 1 year in my case. I don't want to spend money to repair this poor quality computer.
All of my previous laptops lasted more than 4 years and I never had to send them in for repair.

This computer had a lot of good reviews when I bought it two and a half years ago, which is why I chose it. It was a disappointing experience for me.

I have the service tag and serial number, but it's past the one year warranty period. I don't want to spend a lot of money on repairs.
