Inspiron 14 Plus 7441 - No charge limiting options?

One of the reasons I chose Dell for my next laptop is because battery longevity is very important to me. Limiting my maximum charge to 80% and making it so that the laptop has to discharge a bit before starting to charge again is the kind of peace of mind feature that appeals to somebody like me. However, my new WoA laptop doesn't seem to support these options for some reason, at least not in MyDell and in BIOS. And Dell Power Manager is not compatible with my system. Other Dell laptops seem to have these features. What's up with that?
