Inspiron 14 7430, dual monitor issues

I'm having a weird issue on my Inspiron 14 7430 running Windows 11 that Microsoft is trying to fix. My configuration is 2 external monitors connected to a Pluggable docking station using a Thunderbolt 3 cable. Both monitors are connected to the docking station via using HDMI. Both monitors are Dell 2719

The initial problem is that 1 monitor would go inactive after a prolong sleep. With Microsoft it was noticed that there were some updates that needed to be installed. With the install the problem went away for 2 days. Then it randomly comes back. The good news is that a reboot clears the problem. Windows Display settings does not see the monitor.

As I continue this adventure with Microsoft it appears that I have 2 updates that won't install. One tells me that I have some a security setting that is preventing the driver from loading. Very odd as I turned off BitLocker and disabled and uninstalled all virus software. The other update tells me that the computer doesn't meet the minimum requirements for installation. The Dell modules are Intel-Dynamic-Platform-and-Thermal-Framework_74P16_WIN_8.3.10209.6897_A12.EXE and DellTpm2.0_Fw1.3.2.8_V1_64.exe.

Any clues to any of this would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

Sam
