Inspiron 14 7415 External Monitor compatability
My old monitor does not work with my Inspiron 14 7415 using a 15pin to HDMI adapter. Are there any recommendations of one that will work?

HDMI is digital; VGA (15 pin) is analog. If what you tried is a simple cable, it won't work - you must use an active adapter.
