Im having trouble with my Thunderbolt port

My thunderbolt port on my G15 gaming laptop is being really weird, sometimes it outputs display to my second monitor but around 90% of the time it just stops for months and i dont know what to do, i cant get into the bios because my laptop screen is broken, and i cant swap screens to my monitor because the thunderbolt port wont output display.
