I have an issue with my laptop (Inspiron 5593) . When I apply pressure on it, or sometimes randomly, the sound cuts off and does not return until I restart the device. Additionally, the fan gets very loud, and the laptop does not shut down properly unless I unplug the charger—it turns off suddenly.

May need to clean the dust between the fan and the radiator! Heat dissipation performance is not good cause overheating power off!
