I have a Dell Inspiron 15 5568,

 I've had it for three years now, and it's given me nothing but problems. Why does it  so bad? It was expensive, so I don't understand why it's garbage. From battery problems, to health issues, to not playing videos, to not having sound, to annoying glitches, the whole set. And nothing ever gets fixed. I'm open to suggestions for anything else, as long as it's good.
