I can’t connect the pen to laptop as dell peripheral manager when opened don’t have a pen icon

Need the system model and the pen model to answer.

Inspiron 14 2-in-1 Laptop and the pen is PN5122W

What model Inspiron?  Inspiron 7435, etc.?

The one you have should work -- but won't show up in the peripheral manager.  Does it in fact work with the system using Windows Ink?
