Hybrid Power vs battery lifespan

It could potentially reduce the battery lifespan, yes.  How much depends on how often you run the system at high performance level -- and probably as much or even more than the actual use of the battery, is the temperature of the system.  There's no firm way to provide any sort of estimate.

@ejn63​ So, if the main usage is playing games (gaming laptop), battery degradation could be significantly accelerated. 

With or without hybrid power, that will be the case.  Gaming notebooks age faster than any other type -- they're under appreciably more stress.  You can get 5+ years out of a business class notebook easily.  Gaming notebooks -- 3 years is more common, and that's with careful maintenance.
