Please can you confirm the Make Model and OS, along with any configuration details like touch screen, backlit keyboard, SFF or tower etc etc.

Hi

HTTPS boot fails?

Lack of a Boot file on the HDD?

No errors reported for the HDD?

Any capability to create a USB/DVD to boot from?

Any more details on what previously happens at boot time?

Any recovery media/plan?

If you made any changes to the boot setup, such as IRST to AHCI or the opposite, reverse those.

Otherwise, more information is needed - what model Inspiron (5493, N5110, etc.), what model drive and what OS and version are on the drive?

This sounds like exactly the problem I have with an Inspiron caused by a failed Windows Update for KB5065426. See this thread ‎KB5065426 - Windows 11 Update loop / boot loop | DELL Technologies
