How to trust Dell with Original batteries which have not unique PPID?
I have bought an original (as claimed by the seller) Dell battery for 5490 laptop, with sticker on it showing one unique PPID (I can't find it in Google), but in the Dell Power Managment there is a different PPID and the same one with other people who shared it here on your web site: CCDELLPN7550XDMYCOWTX00
Is this battery 100% original one or is a High Copy? And why its impossible to order an original battery from Dell directly?

So, Dell representatives, please comment this as it's your reputation now.

As for the question you have, it's possible to order genuine battery directly from Dell.
Here is Dell 4-cell 68 Wh battery for Latitude 5490 https://www.dell.com/en-us/shop/dell-4-cell-68-wh-lithium-ion-replacement-battery-for-select-laptops/apd/451-bbzg/pc-accessories

It is possible to order from Dell directly, as long as the system you have is less than five years old. Once that mark is exceeded, Dell ceases selling replacements.
There are others such as parts-people.com that sell only OEM batteries.
That said, with a system this age, a decent third party battery may be a better idea.
And the one in your photo was made in 2018, so it's 7-8 years old at this point.
