1. Accessing the BIOS:
Restart your computer: and repeatedly press the BIOS key (usually F2 or Del) as soon as the Dell logo appears during startup. .
2. Navigating to Graphics Settings:
Once in the BIOS, look for a menu labeled "Advanced," "Graphics," or something similar.
Within that menu, search for options like:
DVMT Pre-Allocated: This setting determines how much system RAM is allocated to the integrated graphics.
Pre-Allocated Memory Size: Another term for the same setting, allowing you to select a specific amount of RAM for the graphics.
UMA Frame Buffer Size: This option controls the amount of RAM used for the graphics.
Video Memory Size: This option allows you to adjust the amount of RAM dedicated to the graphics.
3. Adjusting VRAM Allocation:
Use the arrow keys to navigate to the desired setting and adjust the value using the plus or minus keys.
Note: Increasing the VRAM allocation will reduce the amount of RAM available for other tasks, so choose a value that suits your needs.
4. Saving Changes and Restarting:
After making your changes, save the configuration and exit the BIOS.
Your computer will restart, and the new VRAM allocation will be in effect
