Hey hi....how to i change the lockscreen wallpaper and there are can't able to changing lockscreen wallpaper....how to i fix that...and that is organised by the organisation

Please can you confirm the Make Model and OS, along with any configuration details like touch screen, backlit keyboard, SFF or tower etc etc.
Quite possibly it is locked own so you cannot.
