hinge issue again (2 times in less than 2 years)

brought in 2023 sept, faced right side hinge problem. They fixed it although it was not covered in warranty(because dell knows its their issue).
Again after 8-10 minth left hinge plastic broken.
now they are refusing to fix for free.
