Hinge is broken again

My laptop hinge was broken earlier and it was fixed within the warranty and at that point both warranty team and repair person promise it will never happen again, also they said this problem was with all the Inspiron 11 because of poor quality, now hinge is broken again they are asking 20,000 rupees from, I am so disappointed from Dell quality.
