High cpu "system" with windows 11 24h2

There is a problem with Windows 11 24H2 and my Dell Inspiron 7400 with core i7 1165G7 "Tigerlake" and a nvidia mx350.

My system's CPU usage is abnormally high. The "System" process is consistently consuming a noticeable 10-11% percentage of CPU resources, even when the system is idle.

This happens even after formatting the laptop, installing the latest 24H2 iso with May 2025 Security Patch.

Just after installing the nvidia drivers, high CPU "system" appears, even with the latest nvidia drivers 576.40.

The only fix is to revert back to old drivers 561.09.

Bios is updated to the latest version 1.36.1 from December 2024.

There are a lot of complaints about this problem on forums, but the last month i have started reading from users that newer versions of nvidia drivers solved the problem. That´s why i have formated my PC from scratch, but without positive results.

My father has a similar laptop but without the nvidia mx350, and he doesnt have problems.
