Help with Bluetooth crash

I have a Dell G7 7588 laptop and everytime I connect my xbox controller via Bluetooth it crashes. I've made sure I have all the latest drivers and I've troubleshooted and did a system reset and it doesn't change it just crashes. Do you guys know what it could be? Thankyou

Try resetting the controller by holding down the sync button on the top of the controller until the light on the Xbox button starts flashing rapidly, then try pairing it again

1. Update the Controller Driver:
Go to Device Manager and locate your Xbox controller under "Xbox Peripherals".
Right-click on the controller and select "Update driver".
Choose to automatically search for updated drivers.
2. Uninstall and Reinstall the Controller:
In Device Manager, right-click on the controller and select "Uninstall device".
Unplug the controller from your computer, then plug it back in. Windows should automatically reinstall the driver.
3. Check for Hardware Issues:
If the problem persists after updating or reinstalling the driver, there might be a hardware problem with the controller.
Try connecting the controller to a different computer to see if the issue continues.
