The hard drive has failed and needs to be replaced. If the system is under warranty, run a full diagnostic and record the error and validation codes (F12 at powerup). Then contact support with those.
If the system is out of warranty and you need help selecting a replacement purchase, at least post the full system model number (i.e., Inspiron 3501, 5593, etc.).
