GPU fan on a Dell Inspiron 16 7610 continuously running
Yesterday I opened up my dell laptop to clean out the dust on the fans, then I put it back. Howevwr when I turned it back on the (when looking at the keyboard) the right fan just went to full speed and doesn't stop until I turn the laptop off. I tried various methods like changing settings and replacing the fans themselves but it still hasn't fixed it.
This is quite an unusual issue caused simply by cleaning the fans

Did you re-apply fresh thermal paste to the heatsink and properly re-install it, assuming that it was removed? Is the fan connector seated correctly and not damaged?
As for BIOS updates, I have a 10 year old HP laptop that has been running the fan at max speed constantly for the last 6 years. I believe that one of the latest BIOS updates is the cause of this. If this just happened after applying a BIOS update, that could be the problem.

@Kflash08
I had applied my own thermal paste around a couple months ago. However the thing is that I only cleaned the fans and didnt do anything else and closed it backup and now the video fan is spinning to max. I am pretty the connector is fully seated. Lastly I only installed the BIOS update after the fans started spinning up as I though maybe I was missing updates which cause this.
